收到退貨後，我們將對貨品進行檢查或測試。如果確認存在您所描述的問題，我們將為您更換相同的新貨品。若未發現問題，我們將退回原貨品，且您需承擔退回運費。
我們不接受所有與產品品質無關的退貨要求。請您在付款前仔細核對訂單，或通過電郵向我們查詢。
**Return Policy**
If you receive damaged or incomplete items, please contact us by email within one week of receiving the goods. After we approve your request, we will provide return instructions. Returns without approval will not be processed.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect or test them. If we confirm the reported issue, we will replace the item with a new one of the same kind. If no issues are found, we will return the original item to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not accept any return requests unrelated to product quality issues. Please carefully verify your order before payment, or contact us via email for inquiries.

1. 凡訂購滿港幣$2,000.00免費送貨(只限單一地址，東涌及離島區需另加運費)。
2. 當八號或以上之颱風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務將另作安排。
3. 若訂購之貨品總額少於港幣$2,000.00，而需要送貨服務，需另加運輸費用。學校及非牟利機構，請聯絡本公司order@lovehiswords.com查詢。
4. 送貨服務包含地區，除離島區*外，主要的私人及公共屋苑，工商業區。
5. 如運送小型手提貨物，包免費搬運兩層樓，大型貨物或超過兩層，須另議附加費用。
6. 送貨費用不包括停車場費用，送貨地址如沒有免費上落貨停泊之停車場，停車場費用須由顧客額外支付。
7.本公司有機會調整限制上門送貨服務，或會安排貨物轉為順豐速遞。

Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Service:
**Applicable for Orders in Hong Kong**
1. Free delivery for orders over HKD 2,000.00 (limited to one address; additional shipping fees apply for Tung Chung and outlying islands).
2. Deliveries will be rescheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
3. For orders totaling less than HKD 2,000.00 requiring delivery service, additional shipping fees will apply. Schools and non-profit organizations, please contact us at order@lovehiswords.com for inquiries.
4. Delivery service coverage includes major private and public housing estates, commercial and industrial areas, excluding outlying islands*.
5. Small handheld items include free transport up to two flights of stairs. For large items or beyond two flights, additional fees will apply upon negotiation.
6. Delivery fees do not include parking charges. If the delivery address does not have free parking for loading/unloading, additional parking fees must be borne by the customer.
7. We may adjust the restrictions on home delivery services and may arrange for goods to be delivered via SF Express.
*Outlying islands include Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, etc.
